Dear guests!

Our house stands at the root of Bärenkopf-mountain in Maurach am Achensee. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic, only 10 minutes away from the center of the village by foot. From your patio you'll have a lovely sight towards the peak of Bärenkopf, and from your window you can watch the village lights from afar, cradled by the mountains of Rofan. 
 
For skiing enthusiasts there are several skilifts, as well as beautiful cross-country tracks, all around the lake. The nearest hiking paths start almost directly from the doorstep. 

You can reach the lake in 10 minutes by foot. The bus stop is directly at the house and the bus drives by every hour. We provide parking on the driveway with no extra cost and a place for bicycles, if needed.

Pets are always welcome in the house, and we have one small dog ourselves.
